    As always, thanks and good stuff, nice job on the CNBC spot as well. Only comment I could add is that Crisis is not just the “disruption of a normal cycle or system.”, it can also be the result of poor behavior, which is not normal. I also, completely agree that crisis is inevitable, no matter what and how you plan, something will happen. Preparation is good, but never 100% and some preparation is better than others, a basic comparison for preparation I always use is a SWOT Analysis versus a Porter 5 Forces Approach to the market your product competes in.
